I've always loved Scottish Harris Tweed and this dog collar is exceptional! The workmanship and attention to detail in the sewing of it is really amazing. I couldn't quite believe it was actually nicer in real life than the pictures. The product comes in beautiful packaging, so if you were buying to send it to a loved one, they will be thrilled. I believe she packages all orders in this packaging free of charge, it's not just gift orders because we got ours beautifully wrapped. Such attention to detail is rare, this is a lovely company.
Absolutely Beautiful
We don’t usually review things that aren’t made in the U.S., but we loved the idea of getting a Tweed collar for our dog Knox. And we definitely don’t regret it! The color (which is red) is still very vibrant after a week of Knox playing rough with our 3 other dogs out in our, often muddy, yard. Our collar came with detailed care instructions that have, so far, come in handy. It was in nice packaging, and even had a wonderful handwritten note thanking us for our purchase. The customer service should get a whole other 5/5 for their patience with me, as I asked a million questions about their collars! Will be purchasing from them again soon!
We use an ultra-strong internal nylon webbing core and then fit a luxurious panel of black velvet inside the collar to ensure maximum comfort and no irritation on your dogs skin or pulling of fur.
All buckles are beautifully engraved with our ‘Marley Moo’ signature logo, patented, and strength tested to 120kg.
We only use 100% Scottish Harris Tweeds (which we source ourselves personally, from the tweed mills of the Scottish Outer Hebrides). To be sure of the authenticity of our products, they all come attached with the official Harris Tweed Authority (hologram) swing tags so you are 100% confident of the origin of your tweed.
Harris Tweed cannot be made using any form of electricity or modern power and the industry remains today, producing tweeds in exactly the same hand-woven way it has been for centuries.
